Terms and Condition
  1. In the hereby terms and conditions, henceforth referred to as Terms and Conditions, the following names refer to:
    • The Seller - F.H.U Perfekt Piotr Fica, located at Handlowa 47 str, 42-262 Poczesna, Poland, TAX: PL5731013735
    • The Shop - the online shop located at the Web address https://www.lpg.auto.pl/en/ and its subpages.
  2. These regulations apply to the conclusion of a sales contract outside of Poland, in the case of Polish customers, the relevant regulations are included in the Polish language version of the site at https://www.lpg.auto.pl/

  4. The Shop sells goods through the Internet worldwide web. The contents presented on the Shop’s site, particularly classifieds, advertisements, price sheets and other information, are not a commercial offer as defined by articles 66 and 661 of the Civil Code. They are only invitations to place offers.
  5. Following the above, the Shop may alter prices of goods presented until a binding sales deal is made with a customer.
  6. Confirmation of order at https://lpg.auto.pl/en/ and choosing payment mean you understand and accept the Terms and Conditions.
  7.  In order to make a sales deal with the Seller, the Customer selects products from the Shop by clicking the add to cart button. Adding products to the cart is not binding in its own right and the Customer may add more products to the cart, delete products from the cart or quit shopping altogethe.
  8. Having added products to the cart, the Customer may change the quantity of products he or she wishes to buy by editing the appropriate field in the cart. The products displayed in the cart, with quantities and prices given, are a commercial offer made to the Customer by the Seller.
  9. Having added all the products to the cart, the Customer wishes to buy to the cart, the Customer must choose the „go to address” option it is then necessary to provide shipping and invoicing data by filling out the fields provided. Next select go to delivery
    • Shop provide delivery by Post and Courier’s company
    • The shipping cost is paid by the buyer.
    • Cost od delivery depend from weight of order and destination country.

    • Some product cannot be transport by airplane therefore, Customer will not be able to choose any delivery, these products are marked with an asterisk in your cart
    • Then Customer must split the order to two and order products with an asterix separately by Post
  10. After selecting delivery Customer must select payment methods
    • Client can select few payment type: Pay by PayPal, by credit / debit card and by standard bank transfer.
    • Payment by credit / debit card are realized by Dotpay system

    • The Seller cannot be held responsible for the functioning of the PayPal and Dotpay system.
    • If you choose payment by PayPal or credit / debit card after you click „Pay now”, you will be redirected from https://lpg.auto.pl/en/ to the PayPal or Dot pay system website. 
    • If you pay with PayPal, make sure the address in your delivery address at shop is the same as default PayPal delivery address on your PayPal account and is correct
    • The Seller cannot be held responsible for wrong address in delivery address or PayPal account
  11. In case the parcel’s outer packaging is damaged, the Customer should refuse accepting it. The contents of a parcel should be thoroughly inspected upon delivery. Should anything be inconsistent with the order placed, the Customer should, in the presence of the courier or postman, make an inconsistency report to be signed by the Customer and the courier/postman upon clause of nullity of a complaint filed. Any inconsistencies should be immediately reported to the Seller. Receiving a parcel, confirmed by the Customer’s signature, is equivalent to accepting the parcel’s contents as consistent with the order placed.
  12. Customer has the right to withdraw from a sales deal (cancel an order) until the order is finalised, i. e. until the ordered products are completed by the Seller. From that moment on, cancelling an order is not possible. In order to cancel an order, the Customer must send e-mail to shop@lpg.auto.pl and inform Seller about it

  14. A Customer who is a consumer as defined by the Civil Code has the right to withdraw from a sales deal within 10 days since the day of receiving the product, by filing a declaration of will to the Seller.   15. All refunds are processed within 7 days
