TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE PRODUCT RETURNS AND COMPLAINTS
 
Product complaintment
 
If the product contains defects, you can use the manufacturer’s warranty.
 

In the event of a product failure, the goods should be sent back to our company together with a completed complaint report and proof of purchase

The products are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty for a period of 2 years.
 
  • The basis for complaints and warranty repairs is the proof of purchase issued together with the goods (VAT invoice, original receipt).
  • The faulty goods should be sent back to the address of the FHU Perfekt company.
  • The cost of transporting the goods returned to the seller is borne by the customer.
  • If the warranty is recognized and the goods are repaired or replaced, the costs related to transport to the customer will be covered by our company.
  • If the complaint is not acknowledged or after the expert’s opinion, the manufacturer finds that the goods have been damaged by incorrect installation or service, the cost of return transport will rest with the recipient.
  • We do not receive shipments sent as cash on delivery.
  • If you receive goods not in accordance with the order, you should immediately notify the employee of the online store by email or telephone. The customer will receive further instructions on what to do in this case.
  • If the proof of purchase is not included, if  address information or contact information, the product complaint may be prolonged or rejected, and the goods will be disposed of 21 days after receipt.
  • The advertised product should be accompanied by a completed form available for download below.
  • The company is obliged to respond to complaints within 14 days of its receipt. Exceeding this deadline is tantamount to accepting the claim and means commencing the repair of the goods.

Returns

Withdrawal from the contract without giving reasons only applies to consumers
(does not apply to companies purchasing for company with invoice).

An on-line store customer has the right to return the product to the seller within 14 days.

The condition for exercising this right is the return of the product in the unaltered state, i.e. the product can not be used in any way from the moment of purchase to the moment of return, the online customer has the right to view and check the product within the so-called. ordinary management

The period of 14 days is counted from the date of receipt of the goods.

Pursuant to the Act of 30 May 2014 on Consumer Rights, Article 38.3 of the reimbursement option does not apply to goods where the subject of the service is a non-prefabricated item, manufactured according to the consumer’s specification or serving to satisfy his individual needs; (eg cables cut from the meter)

The buyer in the event of exercising the right of return is obliged to notify the seller up to 14 days in writing about the desire to withdraw from the purchase agreement and another 14 days for the return of the purchased goods. The seller has 14 days to return the money to the buyer’s account counted from the date of receipt of the return.

The product is recommended to send:

  • unused in the original packaging
  • with original receipt
  • with declaration of withdrawal from the contract:

  1. Airbags with pyrotechnic activators, electronic control units and sensors
  2. Pads, brake shoes
  3. Cables and sealing of the missing system
  4. Silencers for the exhaust system
  5. Steering and suspension joints
  6. Armchairs integrated with safety belts or airbags
  7. Steering lock system
  8. Immobilizers with electrical control transponders
  9. Anti-theft and alarm devices
  10. Electrical and electronic components of driving safety systems (in particular: ABS, ASR)
  11. Fuel lines
  12. Disposable filters and filter cartridges
  13. Exhaust gas recirculation valves
  14. Parts of automotive gas installation
  15. Automatic and non-automatic seatbelt assemblies, including the belt of material, buckles, mechanism for winding belts, pyrotechnic and mechanical activators
  16. Wiper blades
  17. Operating fluids, in particular: engine oil, transmission oil, hydraulic transmission oil, hydraulic oil, coolant, defrosting fluid, fluid, fluid for air conditioning systems
  18. Catalytic converters (catalysts)
  19. Capacitors containing PCBs
